Griff was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team, on 10/11/24.

Why Griff is the one for you:
Griff is a lanky, social fellow with plenty of personality! Recently adopted for a day, it was discovered that Griff would prefer a home without cats. When it comes to other dogs, he can be a bit barky on walks, but with the right confidence-building, he's sure to overcome this. Griff is ready to thrive in a supportive, pet-savvy home where he can continue to blossom.

San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County. We not only care for 50,000 animals in our communities but also share the expertise we have gained through our innovative programs with shelters nationwide so they can save more lives in their communities.
