My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kobe is such a great social dog that loves everyone he meets. He'll walk up to a new person and lay at their feet so they can give him a belly rub. He knows sit and also comes when you call his name. He's a huge cuddler and also thinks he's a lap dog. He will put his full upper body on his foster dads lap when he's sitting down at his desk doing work. He let's you know when it's time to to go outside and he enjoys his walks. We think he'd be ok with another large playful dog in the house. He gets excited when he sees other dogs and wants to jump on them to play. He would make a great addition to any family! If interested in more info on Kobe, please contact us! Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
