Meet adoptable Clover!

Clover is a very special girl. We got a call from the shelter that she needed help. Her family was murdered in their home while she was in the yard and then they were burned along with the Other family dog who perished in the home as she watched from the yard. To say she’s a little traumatized is an understatement but she is adjusting very well. She gets very nervous when a leash is put on over her head but she loves to be in the house and go out in the yard at her leisure. She is fine with other dogs and is a very quiet girl. She really just wants to find her new place in this world after everything she has gone through. She deserves so much love and attention and would love to find her new forever family to cherish her for the rest of her life! She is 5 years old.

Once your application is submitted and approved for the dog you are interested in, someone will call you to start the adoption process

ADOPTION FEE*: Fees vary due to costs put into them, but START at $400 for adults and $500 for puppies.

The adoption fee is for the adoption of the pet. We make sure that our animals are or will be spayed/neutered, receive the proper vaccines and are microchipped and we cover the cost for that if it's not already done before you adopt.

More about this rescue

A Wish for Animals is an all volunteer run organization trying to help as many homeless animals as possible. We work tirelessly to help these animals become adoptable and work hard to find the them the right match so that you can enjoy your pet for the rest of its' life.

During Covid we have been inundated with applications, so please be patient with us as we all work full time as well and are doing our best to care for our animals and find the right homes for them.
