Lovely
Lovely is exactly that…a pretty little 3 year old, spayed, rough coat female. She was saved from a puppy mill so hasn’t been well socialized…But like most chows, once she knows and trusts you (and her family or circle of familiar people) she turns into a happy goofy loving girl. She’s easily won over by treats, probably because food wasn’t readily available throughout her life. She was very thin upon arrival, however proper diet and care has made a difference in her coat and body weight.

What lovely really loves, is CATS! She is most playful and comfortable around her feline friends. She hopes her new family will include a dog friendly kitty sibling…or even better, adopt her buddy…a playful kitten at the shelter.

This quiet calm girl is looking for a chow experienced home or patient people who will give her a bit of time to settle in. In return, she will do her best to keep you and your home safe, and be a great loving companion. Please consider Lovely to make your family complete.

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must complete our adoption form to be eligible for a home visit.

During this home visit, we will try as much as possible to bring the dog you are interested in with us, so that we can all see how everyone will interact and get along, and to make sure the "chemistry" is right.

Our Adoption Fee is $500.00.
All of our candidates are:
- spayed/neutered
- up to date on all shots
- de-wormed when necessary
- breed specific ailments repaired ( entropian, pallets, cruiciate ligaments, etc)
- given a full temperament and character assessment by qualified personnel
- started basic obedience
