Meet “Our Gang”! Darla, Spanky, Alfalfa, Petey, Froggy, Dorothy, Mary Ann, and Jean Darling are eight of the cutest, silliest, and most loveable 8-week-old Hound/Collie mix puppies, each ready to find their forever families! Just like the iconic gang they’re named after, each pup has a unique personality—
Jean Darling is a beauty full of love and playfulness. She is calm and knows how to use the doggy door. She has a good start to potty training.
This pack is full of wiggles, puppy kisses, and boundless curiosity as they explore their world and learn to be the best friends you’ve been looking for. They’re ready to bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of love to your life! Adopt a member of Our Gang, and let the adventure begin!
Jean Darling’s adoption fee is $100.00 and includes first shots, worming, and required sterilization at 6 months. Optional microchipping and registration is available for an additional $20.00. Please fill out an adoption application at heberspringshumanesociety.com and a volunteer will contact you. The adoption application is NOT on Adopt a Pet. You must apply on our Heber Springs Humane Society website.

More about this shelter
Our orginzation was founded by Doug Bakko. Funds were raised to build the original shelter on land donated. The shelter has since been expanded using donations and fund raisers. We are the only Shelter in Cleburne County. Our operating funds come from our Thrift Shop, donations, fund raisers and some assistance from the city of Heber Springs, surrounding towns in Cleburne County. We work very hard keeping animals happy and healthy. We do this because we love animals and want to give them a safe haven and every chance possible to go to a loving home.
