What's black and white and an absolute delight? Me!! Hi there! My name is Estelle and I'm a black and white kitten who is a cutie patootie. I love attention but I'm a bit shy initially. If we take it slow getting acquainted, you'll see what a sweet, social and loving girl I am. I enjoy having visitors drop by. I like it when you talk to me, and you can tell I'm taking in every word you say. When I'm comfortable with you, pets and head rubs would be nice. I'm energetic, playful and love to bat my little stuffed toys around. I just love my stuffies - they're so much fun! I'm looking for a loving person to share their life with me. I'd really like a home with another young cat or kitten to play with. Are you ready to bring home your own little sweetheart? I hope so! You should come by the shelter to meet me. I've heard that I'm pretty impossible to resist, you know!

Operating the Vola Lawson Animal Shelter, an open-admission facility and Alexandria’s only animal shelter, the League provides care for more than 3,500 animals every year, including strays, lost pets, local wildlife, rescue animals, and pets surrendered by their owners. Serving the community since 1946, the League has contracted with the City of Alexandria to provide animal care, control, and sheltering services since 1989.
