Piney was found dumped in the woods in Bainbridge, GA. He is a chihuahua mix and weighs about 15 lbs. He is 5 months old, so sweet and loves to play with other dogs. The shelter is no place for a puppy, especially a high kill shelter. Can you help him? The shelter has a wonderful Pilots N Paws program and Piney can be flown anywhere in the state to his new home.
