This is Speedy, and he is just adorable. He is friendly and loving. He does not seem to know any commands but is very treat motivated so he may learn quickly. Speedy will make a great new best friend once he finds a good home with someone willing to teach him. He is about 2 years old and 17 pounds. He came to us as a lost boy 10/25, and sadly no one came to claim him so he is now looking for a forever home. Speedy will be neutered and microchipped when adopted. Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
