My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Yahtzee

3 MO

22 Pounds

Kid & Dog Friendly

Crate & Leash Trained

Fostered in Vancouver, WA

Hi, I’m Yahtzee! I have the most delightful spirit. I am very chill and just go with the flow. I do have my puppy streak, I run and play like a crazy girl, then snuggle with my sisters for a nap. I am very content chewing on my bones, and I bring in big sticks too. My foster says I am a watcher, I watch the cats, birds, squirrels, and all the activities going on in the yard. When my sisters steal my toys, I don’t make a fuss, I just get another. I would enjoy a buddy in my new home to pal around with.  I have been very busy learning to sit and stay, and I am crate trained, I actually like it. I will easily go in with a couple of treats. I really am just an easy going gal that is ready for my new forever home to continue to learn and grow in. If you are looking for a new friend to add to your family, I think we should meet. More about this rescue

Northwest Boxer Rescue (NWBR) believes that every boxer deserves a chance to live a happy life in a loving home. Abandoned or homeless Boxers will always find shelter, medical care, and ultimately a new home through the efforts of NWBR. By working with committed volunteers and local veterinarians we are able to rescue boxers every year, provide them with loving temporary care, and find them perfect loving forever homes. Working in conjunction with city and county groups, NWBR strives to educate the public and help end animal overpopulation and needless suffering. The commitment to share the love of Boxers is never ending.

We never discriminate on the basis of health or age. Our animals are evaluated, vaccinated, spayed or neutered and receive any necessary medical treatment before they are placed in carefully screened homes.
