Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Snoopy is a 6 year old love bug that wants to be with his human and follows them around and of course he really loves to sleep in the big bed with them. And his favorite is for his human to rub his back and butt and with his fur like crushed velvet, it’s so soft and curly you don’t won’t to stop! Snoopy gets along well with people and other dogs but hasn’t been tested with cats. He is a little nervous at first in a new environment and really appreciates being pampered before he decides to eat what the other dogs are having. He loves being outside so he can run and investigate every new smell in the yard. And he really loves to chase lizards and squirrels. He is pretty good on a leash unless he sees a squirrel then all bets are off so he really needs a fenced yard to exert his energy. He is strong at 30 lbs so additional training would be of great benefit for him. Tough toys are needed for this boy because he chews up plastic ones and likes to take the stuffing out of plush toys. And balls are his all time favorites! He would love to be with a family with kids over 8 years old. Snoopy is just an adorable boy with his cute, smushy face! Snoopy is up to date on vaccines, neutered, heartworm tested and on monthly preventative, microchipped and had a dental so he can’t wait to find his new family!
SOCKS adopts to families in Florida, Georgia, Southern Alabama and southeastern Mississippi. If you are out of the state of Florida you would need to travel to Florida to complete your adoption. Please note that we do check vet references and your current pets must be up to date on vaccinations, Heartworm testing and be able to provide proof of purchase of HW prevention. All dogs and cats in your home must be spayed or neutered. We will not set up a meet and greet until your application has been received, reviewed and approved. Adoptions are not done on a first come first served basis. We will accept applications and then screen all and choose the best match. Only approved applicants will be contacted.
