My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Estimated Birthday 06-01-2024
Okay to live in a home with... Dogs
Cats
Physical Description Scallop is a handsome seal point/showshoe Siamese cat with the bluest eyes you will ever see! He has a dark mask, dark ears, and a white mustache which makes him look like he’s been drinking milk all day long. He is a tripod kitten and his three little feet look like white socks! He has a beautiful whitish gray coat along his body and his tail is dark, matching his ears and face.
Personality Scallop is a fun and rambunctious cat who loves to do parkour throughout the house. Due to his recent amputation surgery he has been confined to a small room for his recovery, but I just know as soon as he is all better he will be running at full speed. He absolutely loves playing with toys and other animals in the home (after a slow introduction). He has successfully lived in a home with a large dog who is calm and gentle and also a tiny kitten who he loves playing with. Although he is an extremely playful kitten, he will immediately curl up on your lap or chest and purr as you pet him, and he will always try to find you throughout your home to keep you company! Scallop has never met children before but I am sure with the proper introduction he will learn to love them as well.

The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email yolospcafoster@gmail.com. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $135 for kittens or $80 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration).  A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten
