My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I`m Tripp!
When I go for walks, people look at me and think “That dog means business!” And I do! Monkey business! So don’t let my looks fool you - I am half staffy and half clown. I REALLY want to please my people, but I still need help to learn how. I like to be busy, and I don’t like to be bored or lonely but if I can play with other dogs and get my wiggles out I’ll be a happy boy. Do you like to take long walks? Me too! Cuddles? I have the softest fur and love head rubs. A good day for me is lots of bouncing around with my pals, a few snacks, and then quiet time with someone who loves me. If I can have that, I’ll be everybody’s best friend.
I am house trained and crate trained and love dogs. I haven`t met any cats or children yet!

My adoption fee of $200 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?

If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

More about this rescue

Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
