We adopted Bram a week ago from an animal shelter. He was found on the street with no history. He had a very calm demeanor, and he interacted our four young children well. Bram most of the time lets our children play with him and there has been no food aggression.
However, as we have interacted the last week, he clearly has experienced some trauma that makes him skittish and nervous at times. He nipped our a neighbor kid on our street, and has charged a couple of our children when they inadvertantly surprised him.
Overall, he is a great dog, but our family and lifestyle are not right for him. We think that Bram would do better in a home and neighborhood/property that did not have many children. Bram enjoys walks, playing, and snuggling. We have not had a problem with house training.
Bram is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, is neutered, and just tested negative for heart worm.
