Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Conrad is a silly and active guy. He's obsessed with tennis balls, though you'll need to offer a trade as he doesn't like to give them up. This guy needs a more mature home with lots of room to run and play!
Here is what a volunteer had to say after taking Conrad on Doggy Day Out 7/10:
"Conrad was one of the sweetest dogs. he sat very patiently in the car and looked out the window without trying to get out of the window. We got a pup cup and then went home. He loved playing with and squeezing a little lobster stuffed animal and walking around my home to sniff things and see where things are at. When I sat down next to him he tried to crawl inside my lap. He was such a lover!"
Three words to describe me are: Goofy, curious, confident
I am: able to do tricks, social and fun, calm and laidback
I am able to: Sit
My leash skills are: A - expert
How did I react when I saw other dogs outside? Ignored them
How did I react when I saw/met unknown adults outside? Wanted to get pet when the adult came over. Conrad wouldn't would go up to the unknown adult to get pets, he would wait and let them come to him
What all did we do together on our Doggy Day Out? Hung out at home together, Got a pup-cup/ice cream
How did your CMHS dog do in the car? No issues! Sat patiently, was quiet
What is my play style? I can do both! (Rough & Rowdy or Gentle & Dainty)
How am I at taking treats? Sweet & gentle
Is there anything you would say that makes this dog unique? He was the most loving and laid back pup but also very upbeat and curious about the world
Here is what a volunteer had to say after taking Conrad on Doggy Day Out 07/03:
"Conrad was an excellent passenger. He sat calmly, and leaned into my daughter who was sitting next to him. He is very affectionate! Conrad loves toys. I gave him a tennis ball and he would fetch, but then just carried it around in his mouth. He also enjoys treats, and would sit to get a treat. Conrad is a nice combination of playful, and calm. He easily entertained himself by carrying around the ball and sitting in your lap to get pets. He just wants love, tennis balls, and treats! He will be a great companion."
What are three words you would use to describe this animal? Sweet, fun, curious
I am: able to do tricks, social and fun, calm and laidback
I am able to: Sit
My leash skills are: B - pretty good
How did I react when I saw/met unknown adults outside? Conrad is very friendly, and was eager to say hi.
