I am a little slice of sweetness who will win your heart! I am a shy girl and came to the shelter as a stray so my past is a mystery, but what we do know is that I have a gentle spirit and a love for cozy spaces. I like perching on a cat tree quietly observing my surroundings like a little queen surveying her kingdom.

I have the potential to be a sweet, gentle companion with a very cat-savvy adopter who is willing to put in the extra effort to help me come out of my shell.

I have excellent history living with other cats! I came from a colony of outside cats and really enjoyed having feline friends.

Expectations should be kept low at first, and understand that I will need time (weeks to a month+) to show more of my true personality. I will always be a bit skittish with new people, so a low-traffic, quiet home will be best for me. I will be great with people within my bubble after time, but I am not the type of cat to go up and greet visitors.

I need a very slow introduction to my new home, starting in one quiet room with managed hiding places and gradually be given more access to the house as I settle in. It really needs to be stressed that I need to be allowed to adapt at my own pace, and I need a patient, understanding adopter will not push or expect me to be anything other than who I am!

Compatibility:
Cats: YES PLEASE!!! Will do best in a home with a social cat that can be his role model and show him the ropes. Spirit cats do best having a companion at home!
Dogs: Possible, if cat-savvy and mellow
Kids: Older, quiet and cat-savvy

The shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon - 4:30pm, with no appointment needed to meet available cats.
