Aww, sweet muffin Juanita with her beautiful, soulful eyes! She is estimated to be about 8 months old and weighs 48 pounds.

Juanita is a loving girl who is full of energy and affection. She just craves love and dreams of a forever family to grow up with. She is very playful with toys and will relinquish them with a soft mouth, so nice. Juanita can be a little bit timid and lacks confidence though, which is why she would benefit from some basic obedience training and structure. She catches on quickly and wants to please, so she will be a quick study for a patient owner.

Juanita is such a darling pup, but she does have some observed mild food bowl guarding. We are working with her on this and she is catching on quickly to sit/wait at bowl. Her adopter needs to have the time and patience up front and make it a priority to work on getting her comfortable with humans around her food bowl. She really wants to please and seems highly trainable, if someone could consistently work with her at this young age, she would just blossom.
