Hello there, I'm Hayes and I am a 4 year old chihuahua mix. I was found roaming the streets with my best buddy Haven, who is also listed for adoption. Nobody knows why we were together, but Haven is my best friend. We are very bonded and it would be great to get a home together, but I can go solo if needed.

I'm a young chap with a heart full of love and a sweet soul. I promise to be your best friend, always there to lend a paw or a listening ear. I’m a bit of a lap dog and it doesn’t take long for me to fall in love with my human. My goal is to spend every moment I can with you, showing you just how much love I have to give. My foster mom says I am a little jellybean, but one of the sweetest pups around. Normally I am not fond of other dogs, although there are some pups I have bonded with. I can be very selective with which dogs I accept. I am working on my housebreaking habits and I have been doing very well. I will need to be kept on schedule and taken out often to continue with my housebreaking habits.

I am heartworm positive. I am currently receiving treatment, but the rescue will continue paying the cost of heartworm treatments until I am cleared. I am microchipped, neutered and up to date on all my shots.
