Cheese Curds is an awesome 6-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on April 19, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who had found him on George Street in Belpre Ohio the preceding afternoon.
This handsome boy has an orange tabby-and-white short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and an adorable chubby face with pale golden eyes, a pink nose, and long white whiskers.
Cheese Curds appeared to have a friendly disposition when these original photos were taken shortly after he arrived on April 19th. He is a fairly big boy who weighed 10 lbs that day.
The Good Samaritan who found Cheese Curds reported that he was not good with children or other animals (but did not specify if that included cats as well as dogs). Since he has been in our shelter, Cheese Curds has been placed in close proximity to other cats (and is currently in a cat tower adjacent to other cats on each side), and he seems to be ok with them.
Cheese Curds is a good conversationalist and loves to talk with his people friends.
Cheese Curds was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on April 22, 2024. He was given booster vaccines on May 18, 2024.
Surprisingly nobody called or came looking for this magnificent boy~
Cheese Curds was neutered on May 28, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 7.4 lbs that day.
