Howie is a big goofy 3 year old sweetheart looking for a family of his own. Howie was found living in the woods in Louisiana with a bunch of cats. He has been with his foster family for almost a year! Howie loves playing in the yard with his foster siblings and chewing on his toys. Howie is up to date on vaccines, house/kennel trained, chipped, and neutered.
