**Adoption Pending**

Butternut has the most adorable pouty lips! She is estimated to be about a year old and weighs 40 pounds.

Oh my goodness, what a sweetie Butternut is! She is affectionate, cuddly, and really loves to lean into you for affection and attention. Be prepared to shower her with love, she is so darn cute you won’t be able to resist. While she can be a little bit unsure at times, with some confidence building, she will just blossom. Butternut would benefit from some basic obedience training too, but she's an eager learner and will master these skills quickly with positive reinforcement and maybe if a few treats are involved! She's an all-around great dog and is sure to bring lots of joy to her forever family. She will need a home where any children are at least 4 years old.

If there is another nice doggy sibling in the home, Butternut would love to meet them. She has a friendly, loose, playful approach with other dogs.
