My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Zion, a feline resident of our shelter. She is an adult cat with a unique blend of shyness and independence that makes her a fascinating companion. She enjoys her own space, but don`t let her reserved nature fool you. Zion is incredibly curious, always on the lookout for new toys or puzzles to solve. She loves to explore her surroundings, turning every day into an adventure. Zion`s independent spirit makes her a low-maintenance companion, perfect for those who appreciate a pet that can entertain herself. Despite her shy demeanor, Zion has a lot of love to give. Her curiosity about the world around her is infectious and she`ll surely add a touch of mystery and excitement to your life. Adopt Zion and let her bring a unique spark of joy and intrigue into your home.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
