My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ella is a classic tabby sweetie with beautiful green eyes. She is 4 years old (birth date 10/23/2020) and she is front declawed. Ella needs to be adopted with her sister Daisy (also on Petfinder) as she has lived nearly her entire life with Daisy and they are great buddies who love to groom, cuddle, and play with each other. Ella is just a little bit bigger than her sister at about 12 pounds while Daisy is about 11 pounds.

Ella enjoys being brushed and purrs while the brushing occurs. She actually purrs for most everything and she is also loves to knead (so does her sister). Ella is a little bit more brave initially with strangers than her sister Daisy and will likely be the first one that visitors see.

She enjoys sitting on laps and she is even great about sharing a lap with Daisy. She is also capable of entertaining herself with favorite toy mice and other motion activated toys when her family isn’t available for her to sit with them or when they are busy doing other things. If you would let her sleep with you, she would enjoy that.

Ella does very well with the school-aged grandchildren of her previous owner but little children would likely be too energetic for her so a home with older children or adults only will be best. She is afraid of dogs so a home without dogs will be needed for her. We don’t know how she is with cats other than her sister Daisy.

These two beautiful gals are super sweet and have a lot of great years to spend with a new family. Are you the family they have been waiting for?

Individual and vet references are checked prior to adoption approval. Adoptions have a two week trial period as needed to ensure that the match between adopter and the cat is perfect.
