Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This girl weaned a litter of kittens, and had been terribly abused at the shelter. She had been hit with something sharp on the head cracking her skull and causing emotional trauma. She has since physically healed but she still needs more time before trusting humans again. She has gotten better with allowing people near her to clean her litter box, feed her, change bedding, ect. She is hoping for a home where the people have patience and will sit in the room and talk to her. She hisses at first with new people but then likes to watch you talk to her. It may take awhile but I think she has the capacity to trust again. She is now in Marion Indiana still available for adoption. She should not go to a home with other cats she doesn't seem to like them.

I am trying to open a publicly accessible venue for the animals but right now I work with fosters and have some at my home. We are trying to buy out Apple Valley animal shelter where they kill 400+ animals a month every bit of donations help the animals. We also want to open a cat cafe to have a continuous income for the animals.

More about this rescue
I am a groomer of 26 years, I have been a certified vet assistant for 23 years, I've done doggie dentals for 20 years, and have been doing dog training for 24 years. I have been rescuing animals for over 30 years and got my 501C3 license in honor of my old pitty who died in January 2011. I still have a hole in my heart for my old girl. She was a rescue from a dog fighting ring and she touched my heart.
