My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hiiiiiiii!!!! My name is Nicholas and I am an 8 year old 8 lb shih tzu boy looking for my forever family and home. As you can see from one of my pictures I am a total fuzz ball ...but I had to be shaved because I was sooooo severely matted. But no worries...my beautiful locks will grow back and foster mommy says I will be the talk of the town once they do. Right now she's working of fattening me up since I'm a bit emaciated ---and let me tell you...Iam enjoying the fatteninng up process- I LOVE FOOD! I also love people and dogs and am quite a laid back type of dude with lots of love to give. If you think I'd be happy with you and you with me please fill out an application at www.floridacockerrescue.org ADOPTION FEE: $325.00

More about this rescue

Florida Coastal Cocker Rescue (FCCR) is a non-profit organization located in SW Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing Cocker Spaniels throughout the state of Florida and neighboring states. We rely 100% on donations and volunteers to help us take care of our dogs. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines and rabies, heartworm tested, flea and heartworm treatment, and microchip.

FCCR carefully screens all of our potential furever and foster homes to ensure that our pups will have safe and loving homes. Some of our dogs come from shelters and abusive situations and we want to make sure that they will only see love the rest of their lives.
