My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

dob 10/10/23

Do you remember the 70's TV show Walton's Mountain? This striking dude gets his name from the young man with the beauty mark, John Boy. He came to TC Paw when one of our volunteers responded to a call about stray kittens in the road and found John Boy living on the mean streets too. She rescued them all. John Boy's foster family says he is quite a character. He was wary and timid at first, but once you get a chance to pet him, look out!  He circles and winds and rolls around and thrills at the attention. When you gain his trust, he is super-friendly and affection-loving. He likes toys he can chase and play with, a cat tree to climb on, and a tall scratching post for his claws. He likes dogs and other cats. John Boy has a big personality, and his foster mom believes he will get along in most any home that gives him a little time to feel confident and safe.
