My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

It's a story we hear all the time around here - dumped litter of puppies needing help. Rosalie, however, has always been a stand-out gal.

This heeler mix, fast approaching young-puppy-adulthood, has been at Faithful Friends since she was only 9 weeks old after being left in a cardboard box under a mailbox with the rest of her littermates (similarly Twilight Saga named). Now it's just down to her and Carlisle.

From the get-go, Rosalie was the smartest and most active in the litter. She's always been spunky and independent, using her big brain to outsmart techs and find a way to stay outside longer. Although she remains obviously intelligent, we see her out-growing her puppy brain every day as she's calmed down significantly and is willing to compromise more! She sits for treats and she's working on her stay command too. Her newest hobby is playing frisbees (although she's not picky about toys) and has recently figured out that the game of fetch does indeed include bringing the toy back. She's also getting better at keeping a clean kennel. She's ready to get out of here and live the next stage of her life in a home.

She is great with other dogs, both male and female.

Rosalie has stayed the smallest of her litter, and we would be surprised if she gets much bigger at all. She's got permanent puppy face and is oh-so-cute when posing for photos. This little diva knows that she's a star in the making. She's just a couple weeks away from her first birthday, and our biggest birthday wish for her is that she gets to spend it with a family of her own. Come give Rosalie the chance to worm her way into your heart. Email adopt.ffaa@gmail.com with any inquiries about her, or walk in during our open hours and ask to meet her!
