Special Breed Needs: As a purebred Shar Pei, Leila is looking for a breed-experienced adopter who understands the unique characteristics of this wonderful breed. Shar Peis are not ideal for first-time dog owners due to their specific needs and care requirements.

We are currently accepting applications for Leila and she will be ready to go home at 8 weeks of age (11/3/24). Puppies will remain in foster-to-adopt status with their new families until their spay/neuter surgery has been completed at 6 months of age at one of our partner Veterinary offices (Chesterfield, Clinton Twp, Sterling Heights, or Clawson), which is included in the adoption fee and is non-negotiable.
Overall, this Shar Pei puppy is super cute but needs a dedicated family who can provide the care and attention she requires.

OUR FOSTER ANIMALS ARE LIVING IN FOSTER HOMES AND TREATED LIKE FAMILY UNTIL THEY FIND THEIR OWN FUREVER FAMILIES. OUR ADOPTION PROECESS REQUIRES AN APPLICATION TO BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE A MEET-N-GREET WITH THE ANIMAL CAN TAKE PLACE. ADOPTION FEES ARE NECESSARY TO HELP US COVER VETTING COSTS FOR OUR RESCUED ANIMALS. OUR PRIMARY ADOPTION AREA IS WITHIN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.
