My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet CrumbBun, a 2-year-old, 41-pound Border Collie mix who is as sweet as his name suggests! Recently surrendered, CrumbBun is social, friendly, and has an endless love to give. He loves being loved and giving love back.

He thrives on affection and enjoys nothing more than being close to his people. True to his breed’s intelligence, he’s quick to learn and eager to please, making him a delightful companion for both cozy nights at home and active outdoor adventures.

CrumbBun is very well mannered, good with other dogs and will be a great family dog. He is ready to bring warmth and charm to a loving forever home where he can share his happy spirit every day!

More about this rescue

Peace4paws is a 501 (c) 3 non profit public charity centered in Northern New Jersey. Through our foster home system, we are able to support the rehoming and adoption of dogs from kill shelters as well as facilities of research and related fields. Founded in 2007, our initial mission focused on supporting sanctuary and forever homes for animals retired from use in research and related fields. In the past few years we have broadened our scope of rescue. We continue to help our own retired research animals and independent sanctuaries but also save shelter dogs. We are able to do this work through the efforts of our volunteer network and generous donors. Please see our website or facebook page "Peace4Paws" to meet our adoptable dogs, success stories or volunteer opportunities. We organize fundraising events centered around yoga, music, health, or animal friendly activities. We are also involved with student outreach and education. We would love to work with you.
