My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bailey This girl is new to the rescue, surrendered because she is not chicken friendly. Bailey is a purebred St. Bernard and just turned 1yo. Bailey is friendly with dogs of all sizes, has lived with kids, and is curious yet friendly with cats. She is crate trained and leash trained. Bailey will be fully vetted including spay, vaccines, microchip, and heartworm test before adoption. This breed are gentle giants and quite social. They tend to be lower energy, but Bailey is still young. Drool level is high and they do need to be brushed!

Additional adoption info

Adoption process:
Potential adopters complete our online application. From there, we contact them to continue the screening process including checking references, vet checks, and a personal phone interview. Upon completion, potential adopters are pre-approved.

From there, potential adopters are put in touch with the foster parent(s) of the dog they are interested in adopting. If a specific dog is not in mind, admins will make suggestions based on who we feel will be good candidates for their home. We take the foster's opinions into high consideration when determining ideal fit for an adoption.

Once the dog is determined to be a good fit for the adoptive home, the adopter is given advisement on decompression, training, safety gear, and future no preventative vetting. The adoption contract is signed and adoption fee paid to finalize the adoption.
