Meet Roscoe, AKA Mr. Man, the sweetest man you’ve yet to meet. His likes? Fleece blankets to knead, laps to sit in, and string toys. His dislikes? Not being in the spotlight; he would do best in a house where he is an only child. This rugged man popped up out of a south Philly garden a year ago and has been thriving indoors ever since. He has a little limp, but the docs don’t seem worried, it just adds to his sassy gait. Speaking of sass, he has plenty of it! He is easy to read and easy to cuddle, but get a little too rough with him and he may fire a warning shot. Roscoe would be a perfect fit in a house without young children, because he doesn’t know his own strength. Weighing in at about 15lbs, this lovable lug can’t wait to be your personal weighted blanket!

Adoption fees for cats and dogs include age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, and microchip. Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.
