Honey Bear is just the sweetest! She looks well cared for, yet no family has come looking for her either. The sadness is real in her eyes. Honey Bear does some owner searching but she also lets us love on her. She knows commands and takes treats nicely. Honey Bear is an easy dog to spend time with and is gentle on the leash.

The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.
All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs.
Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
