Hard to believe that a handsome devil like Buddy is still available! Of course, we mean for adoption! He was discovered wandering the streets and was rescued soon after. When he was taken to the vet to see if he was chipped, not only did he not have one, but the veterinarian was positive that he was a house cat, not feral! His rescuers placed notices and contacted different organizations in order to find his family. However, no one was searching for a cat that looked like Buddy. Since he wasn't claimed, his rescuers assumed he was abandoned. But now, he's ready to find a new home!
Buddy has been neutered and he's become more compassionate than before! He's also up-to-date on all of his vaccines. His rescuer has noted that he is an all-around treat! Right now, Buddy's foster says that the fella is in a "toddler mindset." He's not opposed to being picked up and held, but he wants to initiate the first contact! He has great potential to become a snuggler; that's what we believe! He'll even follow you around the house to keep you company! If there is a window, he'll be more than content to watch the world pass by. He's a true gentleman and uses his litter box with no issue. He won't even think about scratching up your furniture! He'd be perfectly happy being an only cat, but we should tell you that he enjoys his foster's 2 small dogs! They aren't sure about children and other cats. When there was a potential family interested in him, they introduced him to their older female cat. However, he wasn't too keen on the idea, so he was returned. This was before his neuter, and his perspective on other cats may have changed since then.
Buddy is a dashing fella who wants and needs a loving family. Just look at him! How can you say no to that face? You can wake up every day to those beautiful green eyes staring back at you. He'll lay next to you and stretch out to get comfy. If he could, we bet he'd even offer to help you with your taxes! Although, we wouldn't recommend it! Regardless, Buddy is a loving boy who would be an exceptionally great addition to your family!
Buddy's adoption donation is $115 which includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
