Meet Edie! Edie is such a sweet and playful kitten! Though she started life a bit shy, Edie has blossomed into an affectionate girl who adores playtime—whether it’s with toys or another gentle kitten friend. Her favorite toy right now is the round scratch pad with the ball that goes in a circle around it. Currently enjoying a cozy, quiet room with other feline companions, Edie thrives in a peaceful environment and would do best in a home without dogs or small children.

When Edie first arrived, she was just 1.3 pounds and recovering from a mouth injury. After plenty of love and pampering, she’s now a big fan of cuddles, kisses, and being held. This darling lady would be happiest in a home with a mild-mannered, playful kitten or a gentle young cat to keep her company and share in her love for play.

(Kittens are available for adoption in pairs only unless they are going home to another kitten or young cat under 3) Our policy is strictly NO DECLAWING and INDOOR ONLY.

Additional adoption info

We require an application with references, there is no fee to fill out an application. Once approved a contract for adoption must be signed by the adopter and donation fee paid depending on the age of cat. All applications, contracts and fees are listed on our webpage www.furrr.org The application can be emailed to our adoption coordinator at adoption@furrr.org Please remember we are all volunteers with jobs and families, requests will be answered as quickly as possible.

More about this rescue

FuRRR Feline Rescue, Rehabilitation & Retirement is a non profit 501c3, we are staffed by all volunteers and we are a no kill rescue. We rescue kittens and senior cats, some stay with us for a short time, others may be with us for the rest of their lives. The cats live in a cage free environment, with lots of towers and cubbies to play and hid and lots of love and care from our volunteers. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and have been combo tested.
