My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello there, I`m Maple, your potential best friend! I`m a sweet as maple syrup, friendly, smart, cuddly, loyal, and energetic gal. Now, how did I end up here, you ask? Well, it`s a funny story. You see, I was pursuing a career in squirrel-chasing. I had the energy, the drive, the determination, but alas, my navigation skills were... questionable. One day, I chased a particularly agile squirrel, and next thing I knew, I was in the shelter! No squirrels, but plenty of humans to cuddle. The people here don`t know if I`ve ever been around children, but they think I would likely be ok with children who are used to dogs. If you have a cat, it should be used to crazy dogs like me although I am known to ignore them for the most part but haven`t had very much experience with them. Dogs are not really my thing. Don`t get me wrong, I enjoy playing with other dogs, but I cannot live with them bc I don`t share well. So no dogs for me please! I promise to be the most loyal companion you`ll ever have. Adopt me and let`s make our own fun stories together!
