My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Peggy. This little socialite who thrives on attention and playtime was rescued from Oak Hill with her mom and siblings.

Whether entertaining herself or engaging with her friends, Peggy's playful nature shines through in everything she does. Always ready to chat, she is a talkative girl who loves to meow her way through the house, playfully seeking out her humans even when she knows exactly where they are. Toys are her passion, and she delights in chasing after anything that catches her eye. Peggy must be adopted with one of her siblings or to a home with another young cat.

Peggy is just shy of 5 months old, spayed, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested FIV/FeLV negative. She is available at the Waterfront (Homestead) Petco Adoption Center.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
