My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pepper. Rescued from outside in Oak Hill with his mom and siblings, this sweet, shy snuggler has a charming, gentle spirit.

At first, Pepper might be a bit shy, but once she warms up to you, she blossoms into a cuddly companion who adores pets and affection. One of her favorite pastimes is taking cozy naps in the window, where she can watch the birds fluttering outside, her curious eyes wide with wonder. Pepper also loves to play, enjoying lively moments before winding down for a sweet cuddle session. She must be adopted with one of her siblings or alone in a home with another young cat.

Pepper is just shy of 5 months old, spayed, vaccinated, flea-treated, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She is available at the Waterfront (Homestead) Petco Adoption Center.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

Adopting a cat is a big responsibility and commitment, but it's also one of the biggest acts you can ever do for an animal in need.

Each and every cat in our care has their own story and background. They are all fully vetted, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative (unless otherwise specified). Because of this, our adoption fee is $95 for one cat over 1-year-old or $155 for 2 and $110 for one cat under 1-year-old or $195 for 2.

Our approval process includes a vet reference (personal reference if you've not had a vet in the last 5 years), virtual home tour, and landlord approval should you be a renter.

The completion of an application does not guarantee approval for adoption.
