Meet Whiskey, a sweet but shy little grey who is searching for her forever home. Around 9 years old, this special lady is one of the gentlest birds that you will ever meet! Like most greys, she can be sensitive and takes a bit to warm up, but once she is comfortable, she will readily step up and accept head scratches. As evident from her photos, Whiskey plucks her feathers and although there is no medical reason for this that our vets can determine, this behavior will need to be monitored in her future home. This means that she will need to have a home that will be sensitive to her needs and cater to her high intelligence, offering plenty of toys, attention, and a healthy diet so that she can continue to thrive. When not hanging out with her favorite person, Whiskey enjoys barking at dogs, talking (and singing - Walking on Sunshine is her favorite) to herself, and basking in the sun. This gentle spirit would love a forever home who could offer her a quiet place to blossom and grow, though one without shared walls (she can be a little noisy when she wants to be). Adoption fee: $600

Whether interested in adopting a particular bird or not, you will need to fill out an Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. From there, our adoption team will process your application (including background check, veterinarian check for all current animals, and a home visit)
We will not ship any of our adoptable birds, and have a 100-mile adoption radius. We do not adopt to breeders. We are not able to adopt birds into homes that use Teflon product or smoke due to toxicity dangers.
