Chanel is such an amazing cat who beat the odds after being abandoned in a feral colony in Gerritsen beach. She is a super sweet love bug who would have not made it too long outdoors. She had an infected eye which she needed removed. That hasn’t stopped her from being the most affectionate kitty ever! She loves to play, cuddle and purr! She’d be great as a solo cat as we believe she was dumped by a hoarder and she’d prefer to be your one and only!

Chanel is completely vetted, including a dental, blood work and right eye enuleation. She now needs her forever home!

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.

We hold Saturday adoption events at Unleashed by Petco in Park Slope and Petsmart on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn (check our website and Facebook page for more information) and have cats at Bushy Tails pet store in Bushwick and Petsmart.
