My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Willie, a kitten who has captured the hearts of everyone at the shelter. His sweetness is like a ray of sunshine, warming up even the coldest days. Willie`s friendly nature makes him the perfect companion. He`s gentle, yet his playful side comes out when he`s around his brother, Merle. They share an unbreakable bond, their love for each other evident in their interactions. Willie`s curiosity is infectious, making every day an adventure. He`s always eager to explore, learn, and grow. Willie`s personality shines through in every way, making him a joy to be around. Adopting Willie would not only bring joy into your life, but it would also give this lovable kitten the forever home he deserves.

More about this shelter

The Gananoque & District Humane Society (GDHS) is a volunteer run no kill animal shelter that takes in abandoned or surrendered animals, provides them with medical care and attempts to find them forever homes. Every animal that enters GDHS is quarantined, assessed and examined by a vet (if necessary), spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given vaccinations prior to being available for adoption. We do not receive guaranteed funding from any source and rely on the generosity of our community.
