Phoebe was an outdoor cat dropped at a property in Mesick. In her TC Paw foster home, she was shy at first, but her foster family gave her space, and she warmed up in a week or so. Now she is "a sweetheart," they say, though she's still shy with new people. She likes to be petted and cuddled and to watch TV with the group at night. She'll let you hold her, but she decides for how long. Overall, she's a pretty low-key kitty. She likes playing, sleeping, and food. She's playful, but not aggressive. She'll let you know when it's dinnertime. Her foster family has fallen in love with her, and they want her to find a great place to call home.
