Fun, friendly Ruby Jo is sure to win you over with her playful and affectionate nature. When not releasing kitten energy, this terrific tabby is a cuddly lap kitty with her purr machine working overtime! Ruby Jo is positive for FeLV so will need to be the only cat in the house or live with other FeLV+ cats. She has grown up with her sibs, Ricky Ray and Emmy Lou, and gets along well with the cat-friendly dogs in her foster home.

Adoption questionnaires can be submitted online directly from an animal's profile on ycspca.com or as a general adoption application from www.ycspca.org/adopt/ A staff member will contact you to review your adoption questionnaire, then a meet (adoption appointment) can be scheduled between the pet and the potential adopter. If you cannot complete the form online, please call 717-764-6109 or visit the shelter during our public browsing hours to complete a questionnaire. We are open for public browsing hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We are open for scheduled adoption appointments every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Other hours are available by request.
