Desert Rose was brought to our rescue on 9/13 as a stray, not placing weight on her left hind leg. Sadly, a thorough medical evaluation showed that her left leg needed to be completely removed. She is recovering well and is active on three legs. She has impressed volunteers with her sweet, sociable, endearing personality, and can't wait to continue her recovery in her new forever home.
