My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Outlaw, the fun and active American Bully who’s ready to find his forever home! This lovable guy came to us as a stray, and after no one stepped forward to claim him, we got him all set with vaccinations and preventative care. He’s scheduled to be neutered on November 7th, and we’re now accepting applications for him!

Born around 4/12/2022, Outlaw is a muscular bundle of energy who loves to play. He enjoys barking, so a home setting would suit him best. Outlaw is kennel trained and has a friendly disposition, making him a great companion for anyone!

He would thrive in an active home that can provide him with plenty of exercise and enrichment. If you’re ready to welcome this beefy ball of joy into your life, please apply online at eastshoreha.org. Once your application is processed and approved, our staff will reach out to arrange a meet and greet so you can get to know Outlaw!

Additional adoption info

Before You Adopt: Please consider these factors before filling out an application:

1. Animals are expensive to care for. They require food, shelter, toys, grooming, and veterinary health and dental care.

2. Animals require attention. You have to clean up after their messes, protect them from anything that might harm them, and make sure they get adequate play time and exercise. Some require training, which takes patience, love, and commitment.

Adopting a Friend: Adopter will fill out an application to start the adoption process. We don't adopt on a first come, first served basis, but instead adopt based on what we feel is in the animal's best interest. We DO NOT ship animals.

Adoption Requirements:

1. Have verifiable identification

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. If renting, have landlords consent to bring a pet to your home

4. All adopted pets must be spayed or neutered

5. All pets must leave the shelter on a collar and leash, or in a pet carrier

6. Agree to all terms of the adoption contract; ESHA reserves the right to deny any application
