Turtle is a well-mannered and friendly 11-month-old hound-terrier-mix! This sweet boy landed at the shelter after his family moved out of state and couldn't take him with them. He's a little nervous but as soon as he figured out the shelter staff had treats and toys he opened right up. Turtle already knows several commands and is sweet and polite on his leash. He's said to be good with kids, cats, and other dogs so Turtle could be a wonderful addition to any family. The adoption fee is $50 and before Turtle leaves the shelter, he will be neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. A0057167985-Turtle-42 lbs., HW-, unaltered M

Caddo Parish Animal Services is an open-admission shelter meaning no homeless animal is turned away. Our goal is to reunite lost pets with their owners and when that is not possible, find a new home for them, provided that they are healthy and not aggressive.
