My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tikka is a one year old Chihuahua that is a ball of energy and full of stamina. She's about ten pounds with long legs and perky ears. Tikka came to JTAC as a stray and unfortunately, no one came for her. She loves to hang out with her playgroup during the day, where they wrestle one another and keep watch outside. She would love to have another canine buddy in the home. Tikka likes to be on alert and will greet you with her "chihuahua" bark and dance on her tippy toes. Her adoption fee is $235, which includes her vaccines, fecal exam, deworming, current heartworm/flea prevention, heartworm test, registered microchip, and spay

ADOPTION PROCESS
-Come meet with an animal and discuss your adoption plans with our Vet Techs. Viewing hours begin at 10am Monday – Friday.
-Complete adoption application and ensure the best match
-After adoption is approved, you will complete adoption contract and fill out necessary medical forms
-JTAC accepts cash or credit with an additional $5 service charge. Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic accepts any form of payment when you pick up the following day.

Puppies $125, Dogs $75 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and bordetella, and heartworm test for adults)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $70, Neuter (male) $60, Rabies shot/tag $25

Kittens $100, Cats $50, Senior Cats $25 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and FIV/FELV testing)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $45, Neuter (male) $35, Rabies shot/tag $25
