Meet Twix.....
What a unique looking guy...
Twix and some siblings were the product of being " unsold" from a mid west puppy mill. When pups are not sold to private families or pet store chains, their fate becomes unknown. The older they get
sitting in a puppy mill the less popular they are for purchase. Pet stores typically want younger pups to put in their store fronts. Rescues are able to obtain these unwanted pups, and that's where One Paw and
lots of others step up. They deserve a better life as well.
Twix is a 11 week old male Teddy Bear. A Teddy Bear is a mix of Shihtzu and
Bichon Frise. They are considered fully hypoallergenic. Perfect for people suffering from allergies. Twix
has a unique look. He kinda reminds me of an ewok from Star Wars. He is alittle on the shy side when meeting new people. Typical puppy mill trait since most don't get alot of positive human interaction..
Twix is settling into his foster home and has been having a blast playing with the other pups. Twix weighs around 4 pounds and will be around 10 - 12 pounds at full growth.. Using a wee wee pad and the outdoors for potty training. Being fostered in Butler NJ
