My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rogue is a 6-year-old spayed female terrier breed that we adopted from the Gulf Coast Human Society as a 1 year old puppy. She's quiet, very affectionate, and needs a lot of love and attention. She loves to cuddle on the couch and bed and will let you know she wants cuddles. She doesn't like getting her nails trimmed, and she needs to be sedated to get that done. Rogue does not get along with cats and it would be best to be the only pet in the house, as she is sometimes dog-reactive and dominant. She really doesn't trust people very easily so she would need to have them introduced slowly to her.
We are expecting a new child, and Rogue has become increasingly protective to the point that she has become overly dominant with our smaller dog. Rogue has been a wonderful companion, and a much needed emotional-support dog. It was a difficult decision made over many months, but we have sadly agreed that she needs more time and attention than we are able to give her.
