Travis was rescued from a county shelter when he found himself on the urgent list. He was terrified at the shelter, but is blossoming in foster care. He is the perfect lap size dog and would do well in an apartment or condo setting as well. He is timid at first but warms up. He would need someone who is willing to work with him to build his confidence.
