This charming 9-year-old dog is adapting to his new life in the US and requires a loving environment to support his recovery. He was found on a dirt road with ropes and chains wrapped around him. He was severely neglected when a good Samaritan scooped him up to bring to to animal control to be put down when they asked our rescue to step in. He is friendly with both dogs and cats. He is very mellow ,but would LOVE a home with a yard to sunbathe and people who are around throughout the day for snuggles. He is around 60 pounds of love! He is apart of our AMAZING GRAY program where his needs are covered for life with the rescue. If you can provide a foster or forever home, he would love to show you how sweet his soul is. He is rediscovering indoor living, enjoys spending time in a yard, and would benefit from a foster who works from home or is often present to help establish a routine. He loves to follow his humans around. He enjoys car rides but takes a minute to settle. This sweet boy is ready for a loving warm place for the holidays today!

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

3. Home check
After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4. Meet the pet
The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
Amazing Strays Rescue knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but most importantly, through the actions of our initiatives. Back in 2018, realized that by working with Shelters we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Amazing Strays Rescue.
