Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Loki is a 6 month English Bull Dog mix. He is all fun, all the time! He loves to run the yard and play with his St. Bernard best friend. He loves toys and wrestling and overall he’s always excited for any good time.
Loki is housetrained, good with other dogs (especially those who like to play rough and tumble), he does good with cats, but he doesnt understand why they don’t want to wrestle with him so he can be a bit rough. He’s good with kids, he could use some training on not jumping up so older kids would be best.Loki is definitely a bowling ball who behaves like a bull in a China shop 😂 So puppy proofing will definitely be required.
He’s happy to be in his crate with a toy or a treat. He sleeps in a large crate overnight and is happy in there whenever his foster family is out of the home. He sometimes needs play breaks so the crate is great for that. When he does slow down, he loves to cuddle and be close to his humans.
Loki is a solid young man, he weighs 36 pounds of pure muscle but he’s only a little bit bigger than a Frenchie. He has so much energy that he would be perfect for an active family who takes their dogs everywhere they go, is dedicated to walks, and compatible with a high energy puppy. However Loki needs leash training and hasn’t been out on walks much. We are sure in no time he would pick it up!
At some point in time he got a kink in his tail, but it goes perfect with his fun quirky personality!
Loki is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated and ready for his new furever home 🐶

Our animals are kept in foster care until we find them the best forever home. All prespective adopters fill out our interest form and have a home check as well as a meet and greet with the animal they are considering adopting. A small adoption fee is asked for depending on the animal and it's age etc. An adoption contract is signed by both parties and if there is any issue with the animal after adoption the adopter agrees to return the animal to us.

Our dream at Vegas Pet Rescue Project is to positively impact the Las Vegas homeless, abused and abandoned pets that overwhelm our shelter system by giving them a new lease on LIFE. Our primary focus will be to assist the local animal shelters (Animal Foundation and Henderson Shelter) with the pets who have been given limited time to be adopted before they are removed from the shelter system due to a multitude of reasons. We will accomplish this goal through our extensive network of foster families, donations, and sponsors. We would also like to help finance spay and neuter programs to help low income families be responsible pet owners and decrease the overpopulation issues we face in Vegas. We also feel it important to collect pet supplies and food for local rescues and the city’s Good Samaritans who foster rescue pets and take in strays. Eventually we would love to help create a volunteer based program to investigate and bring down illegal breeding. We have been helping the pet rescue effort in the city for 3 years now and feel like we are just getting started.
